weight-loss-by-juicing

Your body becomes what you consume! Re-juicing is a healthy and a nutritional step towards a healthier and slimmer you.

The human body needs the right amount of fuel for standard maintenance, in order to achieve its maximum quality potential. There is nothing more vital than re-fueling your physique with healthy nutrients and juicing is one of the best ways! The wrong fuel will destroy your body inside and out. The more you eat processed low quality food which contains minimal healthful value and is frequently high in fat, sugar, salt and calories, the more your health and weights will be compromised.

Juicing fresh fruits and vegetables have a prestige for being a super healthy source of nutrition. Juicing can be a concentrated fountain of helpful dietary worth and an extraordinary weight reduction support. Juicing has helped numerous individuals shed their pounds more quickly than they could have achieved with activity and moderate dietary changes.
Juicing provides more nutrition than just eating fruits and vegetables. Since most individuals can’t consume the same amount as many fruits and vegetables as they can drink them.
Juicing can help control your hunger and curb your cravings, without the use of harmful appetite suppressants. The healthiest way to juice for weight loss is to opt for a glass of fresh Green Juice (with minimal fruits) before your main meal and you will start to notice your hunger diminishing.

You should primarily use vegetables when juicing for weight loss and try to reduce the amount of carrots, beets and fruits which consist of natural sugars that can spike your glucose (blood sugar) levels. When you constantly have blood sugar spikes, it puts stress on your organs that make up your metabolic system. When your blood sugar levels rise, then the pancreas must bring it back down again, this is done by releasing insulin. When the pancreas releases insulin, the glucose receptors are activated and distribute some to your cells to use immediately for energy. If there’s an excess, it is either stored in the liver as glycogen to be used later or it is stored in the fat cells.

If you don’t have a taste for green vegetables, don’t worry. I know several people who have grown to love the taste of green juice and prior to juicing would not eat any vegetables other than corn and potatoes. It will take a little time for you to have your taste buds, learn to love the taste of green juice and reduce the amount of carrot, beet and fruit consumption. Don’t stress about using fruits initially, just slowly reduce the fruits and increase the green vegetables. Believe me, you will definitely lose weight, have energy and start to notice that you feel younger and younger each day. Remember, the more you drink, the more you will love the taste of green juice. Please review the recipes below to learn how to meet your weight loss goals. Now is the time for Re-juicing!

How to prepare your fruits and vegetables before juicing them:

Always scrub fruits and vegetables before juicing. If you are not using organic produce and even if you are using organic produce you should think about prewashing your fruits and vegetables.

You can prewash your fruits and vegetables to reduce pesticides and bacteria. Here is a list of things to think about before eating something without washing it.

• They are sprayed with pesticides. Organic produce can be sprayed as well. The sprays that are use on Organic produce is less harmful that traditional pesticides.
• Your produce is touched by several people from the field until it gets to your table.
• They are also transferred from one container to another.
• They go through factories and ride on conveyor belts.
• They grow outside and bugs and birds go to the bathroom on them.

There is a multitude of reason you should scrub and wash your produce. The following mixtures are known to remove pesticides and kills 98% bacteria.

Remove Pesticides:

To remove pesticides and bacteria you can use white vinegar or organic apple cider vinegar (ACV) with mother, I like Bragg’s. Next week I will be post experiments with different fruits and vegetables using both white vinegar and organic apple cider vinegar. I have listed directions for using both organic apple cider vinegar and white vinegar.

White Vinegar

• Mix 3 parts water and 1 part white vinegar in a spray bottle
• Spray on fruits and vegetables
• Scrub the fruits and vegetables that are appropriate for scrubbing
• Rinse with water

• Fill a bowl with water and vinegar (3 part water to 1 part white vinegar)
• Place fruits and vegetables in the bowl
• Soak for 15 minutes or do this the night before and let it soak overnight
• Scrub the fruits and vegetables that are appropriate for scrubbing
• Rinse with water

Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

• Add 1 tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar (ACV) to water in a spray bottle
• Spray on fruits and vegetables
• Scrub the fruits and vegetables that are appropriate for scrubbing
• Rinse with water
-Or-
• Fill a bowl with water and 1 to 2 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar (ACV)
• Place fruits and vegetables in the bowl
• Soak for 15 minutes or do this the night before and let it soak overnight
• Scrub the fruits and vegetables that are appropriate for scrubbing
• Rinse with water

Why should you core your apples before juicing?

Apple seeds contain a cyanide and sugar compound called amygdalin that degrades into hydrogen cyanide (HCN) when metabolized. It is advised not to juice the core of the apple because of this. It would take a cup of apple seeds to create enough cyanide to poison someone. Some people feel that they are not consuming enough to worry about when they make juice, but I personally core my apples before juicing them.
